Requirements 3–6 years of proven field sales experience (electronics, consumer tech, stationery, or FMCG preferred). Strong connections in the local retail ecosystem; ability to onboard trusted shopkeepers quickly. Fluent in the local language and conversational English. High ownership, hustle, and persuasive communication skills. Confident in using digital tools for reporting and lead tracking.
