The Manager of Customer and Competitor Intelligence will play a critical role in developing and implementing systems for capturing and analyzing customer and competitor data. You will be responsible for creating tools to map and interpret the POC universe, conducting in-depth competitor and consumer analysis, and leveraging insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field from Tier-1 colleges preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, market research, or related field with a focus on customer and competitor intelligence - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and statistical software - Strong analytical skills, ability to apply statistical techniques, identify trends, and derive insights from complex data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data insights effectively - Experience working with cross-functional teams and integrating insights into business strategies - Conducting thorough data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.,
