Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Consultant / Architect with a strong blend of functional and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep implementation and architecture experience in D365 F&O, with the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions. Knowledge of Customer Engagement (CE) and HR modules is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end D365 F&O implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and design appropriate solutions within D365 F&O. Define architecture, best practices, and integration patterns for D365 F&O implementations. Provide technical oversight and hands-on development/customization using X++, Power Platform, and integrations with other systems. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including CE and HR teams, where applicable. Explore innovative solutions to fulfil requirements while minimizing or avoiding custom code development. Possess a strong understanding of standard (out-of-the-box) functionality, including its capabilities and limitations, as well as when custom development is necessary. Key Requirements: 7+ years of experience in D365 F&O implementations, with deep knowledge of both functional processes and technical architecture. Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement, and operations modules. Experience in designing and implementing complex solutions and integrations. Hands-on experience with X++, Data Entities, Power Platform, LCS, and Azure DevOps. Good knowledge of reporting tools and data migration strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: Experience or working knowledge of Dynamics 365, CE (Customer Engagement) and/or HR module. Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
