Consulting Senior Practice Director - Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS)

As an experienced Consulting Testing Practice Senior Director, your role involves understanding Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) solutions, industry best practices, and various business testing methodologies. You will independently drive test strategy across agile and waterfall projects, providing quality work products to engagements. Your responsibilities include implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs, applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to deliver TaaS strategy, test automation, and test execution for core banking product implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver TaaS strategy, test automation, and test execution for core banking product implementations - Develop major release upgrades and regression testing strategy and execution for ongoing SaaS implementation projects - Bring in industry best practices of shift-left based automation for increased ROI - Lead and deliver TaaS test strategy for SaaS implementation, test automation, and test execution for core banking product implementations - Drive strategic and solution-selling for large Cross-LoB Cross-product opportunities - Coordinate with regional and global counterparts to ensure a total solution is presented to the customer - Expand Testing Practice contacts within the customer organization Qualifications Required: - 21-24 years of relevant experience - Strong automation management experience - BE/BTech/Masters degree - Career Level - M5 About Us: Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges.
