About The Role: As the Operations Team Manager at CTM, you can be based anywhere in AU/NZ and should possess strong GDS skills in both Sabre and Amadeus. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 travel consultants and will report directly to the Head of Operations - After Hours. The primary focus of the Operational Team Manager Afterhours (OTM) role is to provide support and development to your team members and client base. Your success in this role hinges on your ability to leverage the resources and expertise within your team to uphold service standards, which are fundamental to our business. To excel as an OTM at CTM, you must be adept at bringing together individuals with diverse skill sets and backgrounds to work cohesively towards achieving the team's and clients" objectives. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: - Demonstrated proficiency in both Sabre and Amadeus systems, along with a comprehensive understanding of policies, processes, and the travel industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Working knowledge of consulting principles. - Familiarity with performance management theories and practices. - Exceptional organizational skills. - Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
