The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the relevant area of expertise, preferably in a financial institution or an industry software company. Client-facing service experience is required, and experience with software implementation, support, or training is strongly preferred. Experience with project management disciplines and Finastra products is a plus.
