Consultant/Associate Consultant, Market Mix Optimization

You will be working as a Consultant/Associate Consultant in Market Mix Optimization with a focus on providing high-quality deliverables to client projects in the pharma and life sciences analytics/consulting field. Your assignments will vary in complexity from basic analysis to assisting in the development of complex solutions for unstructured client problems. - Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements or problems and developing proposals and solutions - Contribute to the development of detailed documentation and specifications - Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop client-specific solutions - Assist in designing and completing presentations tailored to the audience's characteristics or needs - Develop and present client deliverables within known frameworks and methodologies - Proactively acquire knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through engagements and learning opportunities - 2-6 years of analytics consulting experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics, specializing in market mix modeling and optimization, multi-channel marketing, and ML Algorithms - Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations on time-sensitive consulting projects - Strong communication and analytics translation skills for interactions with senior stakeholders and clients - Good knowledge of varied approaches, data, methodologies, and best practices in consulting and pharma commercial excellence - Proficiency in Advanced SQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, storyboarding, and client presentation - Hands-on experience in implementing ML Algorithms and modeling techniques is a plus - Business knowledge of the broader Commercial Effectiveness areas,
