Consultant - Workday - Integrations

We are looking to hire Workday - Integrations Professionals in various locations including Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. As a Workday Technical Consultant at YASH, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). You will collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into scalable Workday technical solutions. Additionally, you will develop custom reports, troubleshoot integration issues, handle tenant configuration, and monitor Workday releases for impact assessment on existing custom solutions and integrations. We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of Workday technical experience across multiple modules, solid expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Web Services, hands-on experience with XSLT, XML, and related middleware/integration tools, a strong understanding of Workday data models and business object architecture, and the ability to write efficient, reusable code and debug complex integration issues. Experience working with global clients in fast-paced project environments is highly valued. Nice to have qualifications include Workday certifications in Integration, Studio, or Reporting, exposure to Workday Extend and Prism Analytics, a background in Workday Security and role-based access configuration, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
