Consultant UX Design

As a UX Designer at our company in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in understanding product specifications and user psychology. Your responsibilities will include advocating for UX throughout the organization and facilitating the client's product vision through researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital product experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product specifications and user psychology. - Advocate for UX across the organization. - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. - Design user-centered solutions considering market analysis, customer feedback, and technical constraints. - Create UI architecture and interaction flows for various screen sizes and models. - Collaborate with business teams to develop user scenarios and high-level requirements. - Analyze user interface problems and design solutions that meet business goals. - Keep updated on competitor products and industry trends. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and user research techniques. - Ability to iterate designs efficiently and understand UX KPIs. - Passion for solving user pain points through user-centric design. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript skills are a bonus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinking and logical problem-solving abilities.
