Role Overview: You will be responsible for hands-on experience in functional testing of MS CRM Dynamics365. In addition, you will also be proficient in automation testing using the Easy Repro Framework or Playwright with scripting languages such as C# or JavaScript. Your role will involve API testing and exposure/knowledge in Data Migration testing. As part of a global team, clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in application design and architecture components, providing options with pros and cons - Review process and functional designs for optimization and feasibility - Supervise and participate in application build, test, and deploy activities - Lead and assist troubleshooting in collaboration with internal teams, Microsoft's cloud, and D365 support teams - Participate in data migration design and execution, providing guidance as needed - Participate in efforts to estimate & track the above activities Qualification Required: - A graduate or postgraduate degree - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills - Highly flexible, adaptable, and creative - Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client) - Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility Additional Details: EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and offers flexible working arrangements to achieve a balance between delivering excellent client service and personal priorities.
