Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in tax and regulatory support for global mobility. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide technical and functional expertise on client engagements, ensuring compliance with commercial and legal requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in tax and regulatory affairs. Deliver high-quality services across multiple client departments, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. Work collaboratively to identify and mitigate risks, driving sustainable value through innovative solutions. ### Job Requirements CA qualification with prior experience in direct tax, corporate tax, litigation, advisory, or compliance. Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
