Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver suitable solutions that meet business needs.
• Research and evaluate products to support the technical strategy. Study, design, and implement new infrastructure technology according to the standard and governance.
• Help develop the technical competence of teammates in new technologies.
• Ensure high-quality standards of deliverables according to standards and best practices.
• Prepare project-related documentation and provide support on compliance and audit checking.
• Ensure compliance with audit policies and project documentation.
• Provide professional consultancy and support in response to queries from developers and business on security access.
• Work closely with global and regional stakeholders and the global development team on mandatory, regulatory, and development projects.
• Ensure systems comply with group infrastructure and security policies and standards.

Experience Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in building and optimizing database queries and designing database solutions.
• Familiarity with Business Process Management Systems (BPM) or eagerness to self-learn BPM tools like APPIAN.
• Experience with Oracle SQL, PostGRES, MARIA Db, SAIL, Appian Development, SQL, and Mule API.
• Experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Ready to support applications at both the platform and application level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different cultures.
• Experience with the DevOps methodology is preferable.
• Experience designing and developing integrations with third-party systems.
• Good knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Strong communication and analytical skills in English for working in a complex global team environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure, independently, and proactively, balancing competing priorities to achieve results on complex new developments and integrations.
• High attention to detail and the ability to articulate designs and implementation aspects concisely.
