- Manage the entire renewal sales process from identifying upcoming renewals to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate records of all renewal opportunities and client interactions in HubSpot.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.- Understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with the company's products and services.- Conduct regular follow up and check-ins with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and address any issues.- Develop and execute strategies to achieve renewal sales targets.- Responsible for managing the renewal sales cycle for existing clients
