Key Responsibilities:
Image Interpretation:Analyze and interpret diagnostic imaging results including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, and other radiological studies.Provide accurate diagnoses based on imaging results and prepare detailed reports for referring physicians.Patient Consultation:Consult with patients to explain imaging results and discuss potential treatment options.Advise on the necessity of further diagnostic imaging or referral to other specialists.Collaboration:Work closely with other physicians and healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases.Procedure Oversight:Supervise and perform interventional radiology procedures as required.Ensure all radiology procedures are performed following safety protocols and standards.
