Nlinq Solutions LLC is currently looking for a proactive Bench Sales Recruiter with 6 months to 1+ year of experience in US IT Staffing. If you have a strong passion for connecting consultants with suitable opportunities and possess a determined approach, we are excited to have you join our team! As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include marketing our bench candidates to implementation partners and direct clients, establishing and nurturing relationships with Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients, collaborating closely with consultants to develop effective marketing strategies, submitting candidates to job requirements on various portals, managing job pipelines, negotiating rates with vendors and clients, as well as maintaining regular follow-ups with consultants and clients. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 6 months to 1+ year of experience in US Bench Sales, a solid grasp of US tax terms and work visa types, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, a goal-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to achieving targets.
