Role Overview

• Assess patients physical conditions and functional limitations to identify rehabilitation needs and recovery goals.
• Plan and deliver personalized physiotherapy treatments using evidence-based techniques and clinical judgment.
• Support patients throughout their recovery journey by monitoring progress, educating them, and ensuring continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Diagnosis

Conduct thorough physical assessments including posture analysis, range of motion, muscle strength, and pain evaluation to identify the root cause of conditions.

Treatment Planning & Execution

Design customized physiotherapy treatment plans and deliver therapies such as exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques as per patient needs.

Rehabilitation & Recovery Support

Provide physiotherapy for orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, and lifestyle-related conditions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Progress Monitoring & Documentation

Track patient progress, modify treatment plans when required, and maintain accurate treatment records and reports.

Patient Education & Counseling

Educate patients on posture correction, home exercise programs, injury prevention, ergonomics, and long-term wellness practices.

Collaboration & Clinical Compliance

Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care while following clinical protocols, safety standards, and hygiene practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:

  Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution
• Valid professional registration/license
• Strong clinical knowledge of physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centric, empathetic, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting
