Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer Consultant in the T&O department of S&C Global Network, you will be assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be utilized to create innovative learning strategies and solutions, as well as aid in managing organizational change for a smooth transition, contributing to the shaping of the workforce for the future. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the client team to comprehend requirements, review scripts, develop visual storyboards, and design/edit various media elements. - Provide estimation of media efforts and support in devising solutions. - Enhance functional competency as a Media Lead by conducting training, participating in media forums, mentoring and coaching team members, promoting reusability, and driving other initiatives. - Independently work on design, visualization, and media development, overseeing all design projects as a media lead from inception to completion. - Produce high-end cutting-edge designs for complex projects and create showcase demo samples. - Create graphics and media components (UI, graphics, illustrations, and animations) while ensuring the highest quality standards. - Uphold graphic standards, guidelines, and project checklists. - Ensure the final deliverable aligns with client requirements, is completed within the set timeframe, and stays within the allocated budget. - Demonstrate a results-oriented approach with a problem-solving attitude within a diverse, multi-cultural environment. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the field. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, and Lectora. - Educational background in Graphic Design, preferably with a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any specialization. - Strong business acumen is desirable.
