Job Description

As a Graphic Designer Consultant in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of the S&C Global Network, you will be involved in working with clients from various industries focusing on Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your primary role will be to leverage your skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, and Lectora to create innovative learning strategies and solutions. Additionally, you will play a key part in assisting clients in managing organizational change and facilitating smooth transitions. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping the workforce of the future. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client teams to comprehend their requirements, reviewing scripts, designing visual storyboards, and creating/editing designs. You will also be responsible for providing media effort estimations and support in solutioning. Building functional competency as a Media Lead, you will conduct training sessions, participate in media forums, mentor and coach team members, and drive initiatives for enhanced reusability. Working independently, you will oversee all design projects as the media lead, from initial conception to final delivery. Your tasks will involve creating cutting-edge designs for complex projects and developing graphics and media elements while ensuring the highest quality standards. It will be essential to maintain graphic guidelines, standards, and checklists for each project to guarantee alignment with client needs and on-time delivery within the specified budget. Your problem-solving skills and result-oriented approach will be crucial in addressing challenges within diverse, multi-cultural environments. Additionally, possessing strong business acumen will further enhance your effectiveness in this role. Minimum qualifications for this position include a graduate or postgraduate degree in any specialization, preferably in Graphic Design, along with a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience. While proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, and Lectora is a must, possessing business acumen and analytical skills are considered advantageous for this role.,
