As part of the Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) team at EY, you will be supporting financial executives in addressing major challenges in the finance function. EY offers a wide range of services including finance function transformation, performance management, consolidated reporting, accounting excellence, cash management, financial process optimization, internal control, and accounting assistance for transactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing your expertise in optimizing financial closing processes operationally. - Participating in projects to transform clients" Finance Departments by conducting diagnostics of financial closing and periodic reporting processes, identifying automation and digitalization needs, designing target closing processes and action plans, assisting in plan deployment, and managing change. - Supporting audit teams in diagnosing clients" closing processes. Operationally, you will work closely with the Manager/Associate leading the mission. Depending on your seniority, you may be involved in solution development, commercial activities, and client presentations. Your profile should include: - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field. - Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a consulting or audit firm, demonstrating a passion for advising clients, particularly in process optimization. - Knowledge of market-leading ERPs (SAP / D365 / Oracle) and/or financial closing digitalization tools like Blackline is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, analytical ability, proactivity, and proficiency in written and spoken English.
