Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certifications.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety regulations.
Drive workplace safety initiatives, fire drills, and ergonomic assessments.
Monitor energy, water, waste metrics and support sustainability programs.
Conduct EHS training, awareness campaigns, and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in environmental science / engineering / industrial safety or equivalent.
4–6 years of relevant EHS experience in an IT services or software development environment.
Certification in ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor (preferred).
Knowledge of local EHS regulations, environmental management, and office ergonomics.
Experience in managing corporate EHS or sustainability programs in an office-based setup.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of EHS management systems (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
Excellent communication, documentation, and audit skills.
Analytical and problem-solving ability for risk assessments and incident investigations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for EHS data analysis.
Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
