Role Overview: As a Consultant ENT at Sir H.N. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive ENT evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver treatment for patients with disorders of the ear, nose, and throat. - Perform ENT surgeries and endoscopic procedures with safety, precision, and adherence to medical standards and protocols. - Provide timely and effective emergency care, including airway management and tracheostomy when required. - Guide patients and their families through assessment findings, treatment options, surgical processes, and post-operative recovery. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including radiologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to optimize patient outcomes. - Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and quality accreditation standards. - Participate in continuous professional development, departmental meetings, and contribute to advancing clinical best practices. - Uphold high levels of patient care, confidentiality, and the hospital's core value of respect for life in all clinical activities.
