Role Overview: As a Consultant ENT at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, you will be responsible for advanced ENT practice, patient management, and collaborative care in a progressive healthcare environment. This full-time, mid-level position based in Jamnagar is well-suited for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive ENT evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver treatment for patients with disorders of the ear, nose, and throat. - Perform ENT surgeries and endoscopic procedures with safety, precision, and adherence to medical standards and protocols. - Provide timely and effective emergency care, including airway management and tracheostomy when required. - Guide patients and their families through assessment findings, treatment options, surgical processes, and post-operative recovery. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including radiologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to optimize patient outcomes. - Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and quality accreditation standards. - Participate in continuous professional development, departmental meetings, and contribute to advancing clinical best practices. - Uphold high levels of patient care, confidentiality, and the hospital's core value of respect for life in all clinical activities. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in ENT Surgery (Mandatory skill), including surgical interventions for ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck disorders. - Proficient in patient assessment, capable of evaluating medical histories, symptoms, and physical exams to determine ENT-related issues. - Thorough understanding of clinical diagnosis, evaluating data from various sources to accurately diagnose and treat ENT conditions. - Hands-on experience performing endoscopic procedures for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes in otolaryngology practice. - Skilled in patient counseling, providing clear communication and support regarding diagnoses, surgical interventions, and ongoing care. - Proficient in performing tracheostomy, managing both elective and emergency airway procedures in various clinical scenarios. - Commitment to continual education and evidence-based clinical practice in alignment with current advancements in the ENT field. - Adept at interdisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with other medical professionals for comprehensive patient management.,
