Consultant - Emerging Platforms

Role Overview: As a Senior Solution Consultant at Kinaxis, you will be responsible for demonstrating thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, client solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition. You will participate in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of Client solutions to customers across industries and geographies. Your structured and professional way of working with the ability to prioritize, sequence tasks, and highlight any risks in a timely fashion will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners on the processes and documenting them. - Work closely with architects to develop clear functional and technical design documents, data requirements, and build complex datasets. - Configure the Clients platform based on the blueprint laid out during design to solve deep operational supply chain problems. - Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases, document issues, and track progress to resolve issues. - Support Super User and End User training for a global user base. - Actively contribute to improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience with modeling Supply chain planning problems in enterprise applications is a must. - Experience in Supply Chain Planning consulting. - Well-versed with the knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Optimization. - Hands-on experience of working on Kinaxis Rapid Response. - Understanding end-to-end supply chain planning concepts focusing on Demand planning, Supply Planning, and SOP, and different issues involved in supply chain management. - Supply chain planning functional design and implementation experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response. - Experience in implementation of Kinaxis demand or supply planning. - Deep knowledge of Workbooks and data needs for Kinaxis. - Kinaxis certified preferred. - Ability to understand client requirements and configure customized solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response. - Excellent presentation and communication skills.
