Position Overview:

Consultant Cardiologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform and interpret cardiac investigations including ECG, ECHO, TMT, etc.
• Manage cardiac emergencies in collaboration with ICU and Emergency Medicine teams.
• Provide comprehensive follow-up and long-term cardiac care.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic treatment.
• Mentor junior doctors and participate in clinical meetings and case discussions.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation aligned with hospital standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient awareness initiatives, and community outreach.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MD/DNB in Medicine or Pediatrics with DM/DNB in Cardiology (recognized by NMC).
• Valid medical registration.
• Strong clinical expertise with excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach to care.
• Prior experience as a Cardiologist or Senior Resident in Cardiology is preferred.
