As a Consultant - Business Consulting Risk with a focus on Process Mining within the TMT industry at EY, you will be part of a team that helps Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications organizations evolve and transform. Your role will involve creating compelling employee and customer experiences, achieving operational excellence, protecting data and reputation, and enabling M&A strategies to drive value and growth in the industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate on client engagements by managing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Python and SQL. - Develop and optimize PQL queries within Celonis to build impactful dashboards and process insights. - Apply process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio) to visualize and analyze end-to-end business processes. - Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support client decision-making. - Participate in process discovery workshops and contribute to solution design. - Support senior consultants with project documentation, client communication, and technical solution development. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or analytics roles. - Proficient in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation. - Advanced expertise in SQL for querying relational databases and executing complex data transformations. - Hands-on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Aris, or similar platforms; familiarity with PQL (Process Query Language) is a strong advantage. - Solid understanding of process modeling and BPMN concepts. - Exposure to enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on data quality. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills both written and verbal. - Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environments. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
