Consultant - Business Consulting (Financial Services- Program Management)

Job Description: As a Senior Consultant, you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements. You will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programs. Collaborating and interfacing with client stakeholders daily is a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in branding thought leadership and knowledge management efforts to provide value-adding consulting services that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You will anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with client counterparts to define long-term vision goals and strategies. - Drive large-scale transformation programs to help organizations reimagine their business into an AI-powered enterprise. - Assist clients in devising data-driven business operating models. - Maximize value from large-scale AI-led transformational initiatives for clients. - Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps. - Conduct ideation workshops with a team of global business technical professionals and subject matter experts, translating those requirements into a prioritized roadmap to help prepare a business case to implement the roadmap and track value. - Solution targeted processes leveraging best practices. - Perform knowledge transfer to the client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project. - Provide and receive regular feedback, ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstances. Qualification Required: - Project Management experience in Financial Services Banking. - MBA or CA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions.
