Consultant - Business Consulting (Financial Services- Program Management)

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and delivering engagements. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing transformation programs, collaborating with client stakeholders on a daily basis, and contributing to branding, thought leadership, and knowledge management efforts to provide valuable consulting services that address the changing needs of our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing sales proposals and ensuring successful engagement delivery. Collaborating with client counterparts, you will help define long-term vision goals and strategies, drive large-scale transformation programs aimed at transforming businesses into AI-powered enterprises, and assist clients in devising data-driven business operating models. Your role will also involve maximizing value from AI-led initiatives, designing future processes and organizations, and developing transformation roadmaps. You will conduct ideation workshops, translate requirements into prioritized roadmaps, and help in preparing business cases for implementing these roadmaps. Your technical expertise in project management within Financial Services Banking, as well as possessing an MBA or CA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions, will be essential for this role. You will be expected to provide and receive regular feedback, ensure effective communication, and maintain high satisfaction levels among the team and consultants, even in stressful circumstances.
