Job Description

You will be responsible for installing and configuring Application integration with the AVD environment. Additionally, you will create Health checkups for the AVD Environment and perform Daas Environment migrations in Hybrid environments. Your role will involve installing and configuring Microsoft AVD technologies, integrating and managing FSLogix Profile management tools, and managing Cloud Storage and integration with AVD technologies. You will also be managing Azure Active Directory for Azure Virtual Desktop related systems and supporting AVD Clusters HA systems. In this position, you will analyze system performance indicators, recommend improvement actions for AVD based production configuration, and help in the organization and management of business applications installed on Azure VD, along with improving and adjusting Azure VD. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Decent Support knowledge and understanding of VDI and Windows Server Concepts. - Decent Support knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. - Strong Support knowledge and understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop Solution, including AVD Deployment and AVD Patch management. - Experience working in an on-call and 24/7 work environment. - Experience with enterprise application installation and application upgrades in AVD. - Knowledge of print and scan operations in the AVD environment.
