Job Description

5+ years of relevant professional experience in educational assessment projects, preferably with government entities. Expertise in tool design and psychometric analysis, including proven experience working with Item Response Theory (IRT PRO). Hands-on experience leading assessment initiatives focused on measuring student learning outcomes. Strong capability in project planning, coordination, and execution within large-scale assessment projects. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies and education boards. Experience in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and operational documentation. Familiarity with data collection tools, survey platforms, and analysis methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and online survey platforms. Expertise in tool design and psychometric analysis
