They design recruitment plans, advertise job openings, and interview applicants. Responsibilities Create recruitment plans: Design strategies to find candidates for job openings Source candidates: Use job sites, social media, career fairs, and other methods to find potential candidates Screen resumes: Review applications to determine which candidates to interview Interview applicants: Ask questions to evaluate candidates for the job Negotiate job offers: Discuss compensation and benefits with candidates Track hiring metrics: Maintain records of the rec Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or email.- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.- Support HBR's social media branding initiatives by engaging with potential candidates online.- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on different platforms.- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.- Help with documentation and onboarding processes for selected candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
