As an Immigration Executive at Somireddy Law Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team focusing on U.S. Immigration Law. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various immigration processes such as H1B cap applications, Green Card applications, Labor Condition Applications (LCA), and managing different types of visas. You will be required to communicate with applicants, prepare legal documents, and ensure compliance with immigration laws. Somireddy Law Group is a U.S.-based full-service law firm with offices in both the United States and India. The organization offers legal services in Corporate Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Immigration Law, Labor and Employment Law, and Wills and Testaments. As an Immigration Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing legal assistance to individuals, families, and businesses of all sizes. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a law degree or postgraduate degree from a recognized university. Professional fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong team player mentality, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. The work location for this position is PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli / One Golden Mile, Kokapet, Hyderabad, with work timings from 6:30 P.M. IST to 3:30 A.M. IST (Night Shift). The salary range is Rs. 25,000/- to 30,000/- per month, along with Medical Insurance Benefits. A minimum commitment of two years is required for this position.
