Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred to support collaboration with international teams
• Basic proficiency in English (mandatory for site communication)
