Your role as a Project Manager at Morpho Dimensions will involve overseeing the execution of interior fit-out projects across various non-MEP verticals. You will play a crucial role in managing project delivery from site readiness and schedule control to quality assurance, vendor coordination, and client communication. This position demands strong leadership skills to navigate fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with precision and accountability. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Governance: - Establish project objectives, timelines, and performance metrics in line with client expectations and internal goals. - Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to define project workflows, review processes, and escalation channels. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at the site level. - Execution Management: - Lead on-site execution of civil, carpentry, finishing, and interior trades (excluding MEP aspects). - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and specialized agencies to ensure timely delivery and installation of project components. - Monitor site progress, address bottlenecks, and manage execution risks proactively. - Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics in coordination with procurement and design teams. - Stakeholder & Client Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular site meetings, prepare progress reports, timelines, and risk assessments. - Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster alignment and accountability. - Assist in managing LEED/sustainability compliance and associated documentation. - Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain accurate project records, including daily site reports, snag lists, completion checklists, and approvals. - Ensure timely submission of management information system (MIS) reports, project dashboards, and quality compliance reports. - Manage variations, claims, and changes through formal documentation processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management. - 5-10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out procurement or project execution. - Proficiency in site operations, construction sequencing, and material specifications. - Strong negotiation skills and an established vendor network across various trades. - Ability to interpret technical drawings, tender packages, and bills of quantities (BOQs). - Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and documentation abilities.
