Construction Safety Facilitator

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Hazards & Assess Risk

Regularly inspect sites, equipment, blueprints, and work practices to spot potential hazards, then assess how likely and severe they are .

• Develop & Enforce Safety Measures

Create and maintain safety plans, policies, and controls (like PPE requirements), and ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards .

• Conduct Audits & Inspections

Perform routine safety audits, site walks, and checks to verify safety protocols are followed; recommend immediate corrections for unsafe conditions .

• Investigate Incidents

Investigate accidents and near-misses, pinpoint root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future events .

• Provide Training & Awareness

Train workers through toolbox talks, safety workshops, and emergency drills; coach proper use of PPE and safe techniques .

• Monitor Compliance & Metrics

Track safety metrics (like incident rates), maintain records and reports, and prepare documentation for audits and reviews .

• Coordinate & Collaborate

Work closely with project teams, engineers, and regulatory bodies to ensure safety is embedded across all operations .

• Stay Updated on Regulations

Keep current with safety laws, standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001), and new technologies, and update practices accordingly .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,437.34 - ₹40,022.80 per month
