Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with PMO standards. Coordinate with various teams, including design, execution, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless project workflows. Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues as required.

2. Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare and update project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Track project milestones, risks, and deviations from plans. Support the PMO in ensuring adherence to project governance frameworks.

3. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a single point of contact between on-site teams, consultants, contractors, and internal departments. Facilitate regular project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items. Communicate project priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively across teams.

4. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders, in compliance with PMO guidelines. Ensure proper documentation of approvals, budgets, and project correspondence.

5. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks to project schedules and budgets and propose mitigation strategies.

Support the implementation of corrective actions to address issues impacting project performance.

6. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and templates.

Support the standardization of project management practices across teams. Key Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) is an added advantage.

Experience:

7 to 12 years of experience in project coordination or management in the real estate construction sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Familiarity with ERP systems and project documentation software.

Core Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Attributes Experience in high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects. Familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations. Proven track record of coordinating with multiple stakeholders across various disciplines.
