Job description Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project specifications. Create and manage construction schedules. Negotiate project work to ensure profitability. Determine and manage required resources (manpower, equipment, materials) while adhering to budgets. Plan and schedule construction operations and ensure intermediate milestones are met. Acquire equipment and materials, monitor stock levels, and address deficiencies promptly. Hire contractors, assign responsibilities, and manage onsite teams. Supervise laborers, mechanics, and provide guidance as needed. Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promptly report any issues. Track project activities from start to finish. Manage billing and estimation processes. Experience in real estate and villa construction projects is preferred. Requirements: Proven experience as a construction project manager. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management practices. Familiarity with quality assurance and health/safety standards. Experience with construction and project management software tools. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Team-oriented with leadership capability. B.E. in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or a related field. Role & responsibilities
