Role: L1 Specialist Location Delhi and NCR Years of Experience & Educational Qualifications: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic L1 Client Servicing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in technology, along with 5 to 8 years of prior experience. CS - L1 engineer L1 CS Specialist for Delhi-NCR 1. preferably has a proptech background. if no proptech background, then someone who understands supply chain management systems and is from that background or from manufacturing ERP background. 2. Experience 8 years and above. Exceptional resumes regardless of experience can be brought up for review. 3. semi technical with basic knowledge of SQL server 4. Has experience in post production support / hyper care support phase. 5. Fluency in Hindi and above average in English. 6. if at higher experience, has the ability to talk to CXO level people, so that we can mentor him for account management roles in the future. 7. travelling required 2 days a week to client offices in Delhi-NCR (Delhi, gurgaon, faridabad, noida, ghaziabad) 8. candidates should know financial accounting concepts (highly preferred ) but if accounting concepts are not there, we can still interview.
