Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive & detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to assist in managing and executing interior fit out projects. The ideal candidate will support site execution, co-ordinate with vendors and subcontractors and ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks. Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Project Coordination: o Assist senior engineers and project managers in daily site operations. o Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for materials and workmanship. 2. Site Supervision: o Monitor site progress and quality of work. o Ensure fit out work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards. o Supervise installation of false ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, painting, etc. 3. Technical Support: o Interpret and understand interior drawings (architectural, MEP). o Raise RFIs (Requests for Information) for design or drawing clarifications. 4. Material Management: o Assist in procurement and delivery of materials. o Verify material specifications and quality on site. 5. Safety Compliance o Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures. o Report non-conformance and support in corrective action. 6. Documentation: o Maintain site records such as daily progress reports, material logs, and snag lists. o Assist in preparing handover documents and as-built drawings. 7. Client G Consultant Coordination: o Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. o Communicate updates and feedback between parties. Skills Required: • Basic understanding of interior fitout processes • Knowledge ofmaterials, finishes, and joinery details • Proficiency in AutoCAD. • Good communication and coordination skills Qualifications: • Diploma or bachelors degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design • 0–1 year of experience in interior fit out or construction projects
