CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Role Overview: As a Construction Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team. You will be in charge of managing construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes. Additionally, creating and enforcing employee schedules and construction timelines will be crucial. Documenting all costs and ensuring that expenses never exceed the construction budget will also be part of your role. Other duties may be assigned to you as requested. Key Responsibilities: - Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team. - Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes. - Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines. - Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget. Qualifications Required: - Educated to degree level in an engineering or construction discipline, or with equivalent work experience. - Experience: 5-10 years experience in construction projects with a significant building services component. - Skill set: Good communication and presentation skills.
