CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

As a Construction Project Manager, you will consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team. You will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes. Additionally, you will create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines. It will be your duty to document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget. Other duties may be assigned as requested. To qualify for this role, you should be educated to degree level in an engineering or construction discipline, or have equivalent work experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in construction projects with a significant building services component. The domain for this position is Real Estate, Residential & Commercial. This is a full-time, permanent position with one opening in Kolkata, West Bengal. The skill set required for this role includes good communication and presentation skills.
