Construction Manager - Civil and Industrial Constructions

You will be working as a Construction Manager specializing in Civil and Industrial Constructions for a leading EPC and MEP Company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. You should hold a B.E./B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering and preferably possess a PMP/Prince2 certification. With a solid background of 15 years in industrial construction, specifically in chemical, petrochemical, and pharma plant manufacturing projects, you will be responsible for managing greenfield and brownfield projects from the initial concept phase to commissioning. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools is essential. Your technical skills should also include a strong understanding of IS codes, NBC, and industrial construction standards, along with knowledge of process plant layouts, utility systems, and hazardous area classifications. Ideally, you should have experience working as an EPC contractor in industries such as Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizers, or Heavy Engineering. Your key responsibilities will include Project Planning & Initiation, Engineering & Design Coordination, Construction Management, Procurement & Vendor Management, Budget & Cost Control, Stakeholder Communication, as well as HSE & Quality Assurance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, meeting quality standards, adhering to safety regulations, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders involved in the project.,
