Job Summary: The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for supervising all finishing activities on the construction site, including internal and external works such as plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, tiling, and final handovers. The role ensures quality, safety, and timely delivery of finishing works in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily finishing work at the site. Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and vendors for timely execution. Inspect and ensure quality workmanship in plastering, painting, flooring, false ceilings, doors/windows, and final fixtures. Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings to guide teams effectively. Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project timelines and specifications. Ensure the availability of materials and tools required for finishing works. Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to finishes. Maintain finishing work snag lists and ensure proper rectification. Implement and enforce safety protocols on site. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 4–8 years of relevant experience in finishing works in residential/commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction finishing materials and methods. Ability to handle subcontractors and labor teams effectively. Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
