Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status (or approaching) and membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g., IMechE, IET, CIWEM) Experience of working on design and construct projects using digital design platforms Strong command of BIM / digital/data analytics software as applicable. Application of quality management systems and managing project teams Knowledge of relevant British Standards is preferable. Demonstrated delivery acumen. Capable of exercising sound holistic independent judgement and take responsibility and accountability for their own performance and that of junior team members. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in civil site accounting or construction accounting. B.Com degree from a recognized university (any specialization). Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order. Assist in the installation of MEP work. Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP Subcontractor. Coordinating and administrating MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings. Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records. Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
