Construction Foreman (finisher)

As a Finishing Foreman, your role involves working closely with managers, contractors, and other onsite workers to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with managers and contractors to plan and coordinate finishing activities - Supervise onsite workers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines - Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates on project progress Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards - Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with a diverse team - Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Please note that this job is full-time with benefits including food provision and Provident Fund.
