Construction Finance

As a part of Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the construction field, particularly in major and mega projects for large organizations. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong knowledge in Excel and having working experience with SAP or other ERM systems dealing with budget control. - Preparing various budget funding requests at different project stages, ensuring completeness and consistency of format as directed by corporate management. - Aligning project scope and funding at all stages, breaking out project estimates to reflect the project execution strategy. - Creating detailed commitment, expenditure, and cumulative liability curves for management review and approval, monitoring and reporting actual status regularly. - Reviewing and approving all proposed project commitments, ensuring comparison with estimated should-cost, and identifying any variances for management approval. - Tracking and monitoring all project commitments, ensuring correct cost coding and currency translation. - Attending project review, coordination, and report-out meetings, actively identifying deviations from agreed project scope and potential cost savings. - Participating in and driving value engineering exercises as agreed with program management. - Processing deviations from agreed project scope or changed conditions expeditiously as proposed changes or construction changes of scope for additional funding or other resolutions. - Developing monthly project cost reports, including budget details, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and variances, collaborating with project scheduler, QS, contracts, and other team members to address potential claims. Your qualifications should include a BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting, along with 5 to 15 years of relevant experience. Location: On-Site at Dholera, Gujarat.
