We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Job Description: The candidate will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals. • Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, Email, and display advertising campaigns. • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels. • Create content (Static and Video) for campaigns. Proficient in design and video editing. • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance. Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on insights. • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills • Master's degree in marketing, Digital marketing/ communications, or related field • 5+ years of experience in Digital marketing/ SMM • Strong understanding of Digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, SMM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, and display advertising. • Proficient in marketing automation tools • Proficient in graphic designing, photoshop, coral draw, and video editing. • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) • Strong project management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
