The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing large-scale residential projects using Mivan shuttering technology. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mivan shuttering on-site, and optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Represent the organization in project meetings, prepare and present project reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Stay updated with the latest developments in civil engineering, and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards. Qualifications and Skills: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing residential high-rise projects, with proven expertise in Mivan shuttering technology. Strong project management and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to work on-site and travel as required, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
