1. Preparing contractual and legal document to execute all contracts including EPC contracts, equipment / package procurement contracts, construction contracts, amendments etc. 2. Conclusion of Variation/Extra Item orders Conclusion of Contractual Amendments Attending Contractual disputes pertaining to NSC Contracts. Monitoring BG submissions, Expiry, Extension and Encashment. Control process on correspondences/Transmittals exchanged between NSC and GC/Phoenix. Shall have control on contractual Meetings conducted at site/GC office/Phoenix office and same shall be recorded along with Planning Department. Roles & Responsibilities Comprehensive understanding of documentation for the purchase and sale of real estate assets, including Plots, Villa Projects, residential apartments / homes, understanding of various transaction costs associated with real estate transactions including stamp Duty, Registration Fee, understanding of applicable rules and legislation governing the transaction charges, including Karnataka Stamp Act, Indian Stamp Act etc. Experience in document drafting for real estate sale and purchase transactions, including Agreements to Sell, Sale deed, Memorandum of understanding, Letter of Intent, lease agreements, Power of Attorney and other ancillary documents.
