Role & responsibilities As a leader in the real estate and construction sector, our group specializes in creating high-rise residential buildings and delivering comprehensive contracting services for residential, commercial, hotel, hospital, and industrial projects. To elevate our visual identity and enhance brand recognition, were seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can bring our projects and company values to life through creative and impactful designs. 1. Design Development: Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics for a variety of platforms, including our website, social media channels, print materials, advertisements, and marketing collateral. 2. Brand Consistency : Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all visual assets, ensuring consistency in look and feel for all company communications. 3. Project-Based Visuals: Design project portfolios, brochures, and presentations that highlight our range of services and successful projects, capturing the essence of our work in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. 4. Social Media Content : Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging content for social media, including infographics, banners, posts, and promotional materials tailored to each platform. 5. Illustration & Custom Graphics: Create custom illustrations, icons, and graphics to enhance content and bring storytelling elements to life. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as video, marketing, and project teams) to align design output with company goals and project requirements. Requirements: Preferred candidate profile 1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio, ideally with experience in the real estate or construction industry. 2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc. 3. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. 4. Ability to design for multiple formats, including digital (social media, website) and print (brochures, posters). 5. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. 6. Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing graphics. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 3. Exposure of dynamic industry with projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
