Job Title: Civil Consultant FTC (6 Months) Location: Gurgaon (with travel to client sites as required) Engagement Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months) Background Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of experience in construction audits, site verification/ survey, BOQ analysis. Experience in retail or QSR projects is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) against store drawings and layouts. Conduct site visits to verify actual work completed by vendors. Assess whether work has been executed in accordance with BOQ specifications and approved drawings. Perform rate benchmarking for BOQ items using market standards and historical data. Identify discrepancies or overstatements in vendor claims and report findings. Collaborate with internal audit and risk teams to support documentation and reporting. Provide technical insights to support client discussions and decision-making. Skills Required: Strong understanding of civil construction practices and BOQ analysis. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Proficiency in MS Excel and report writing. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
