You are a skilled Pega Architect with 12-18 years of experience, capable of leading a small team of developers and actively contributing to the design and implementation of Pega applications. Your responsibilities include designing and developing Pega BPM solutions, leading a team of developers, translating requirements into technical designs, conducting code reviews, guiding junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing technical issues, participating in sprint planning, and aligning technical solutions with enterprise architecture. You must have 12-18 years of hands-on Pega PRPC development experience and be certified with LSA (Lead System Architect) or LDA (Lead Decision Architect). Additionally, certification as a Pega CSA, CSSA, and CPDC is required. Strong knowledge of Pega case management, flow rules, integrations, REST/SOAP API, and Constellation UI is essential. Experience with Pega Decisioning, Pega Customer Service, or Pega Marketing is a plus. You should have proven leadership abilities, be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology, and have a solid understanding of relational databases. Preferred skills include exposure to Pega 8.x and App Studio/Dev Studio features, basic knowledge of DevOps, version control, CI/CD tools, and experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or telecom domains.
